Welcome to the 12th and final day of 12 Days of Christmas Workout Series.
Today’s workout is a 12 minute As Many Reps As Possible (AMRAP) Full Body Workout!
The workout contains two rounds. Each round will start with a 12 Minute timer. You will complete each exercise for 10 Reps and then move down by one and complete all exercises for 9 reps. Continue to countdown by 1 until you reach 1 rep or the 12 minutes is up!
