Welcome to Day 10 of the 12 days of Christmas Workout Series!
The 10 for 10 workout that I am sharing today is one I have a love hate relationship. Every time I walk in the gym and our instructor says it is 10 for 10 I dread it, but I feel great in the end!
The structure for this is 3 Rounds with 4 different exercises in each round. In each round you will set a timer for 10 minutes and then complete each exercises 10 minutes for 10 Reps before moving to the next exercise. Continue through all the exercises until the ten minutes is up for that round!
