6 Set Chest and Back Workout

Today is Day 6 of the 12 Day of Christmas Workout Series. Today’s workout will be focusing on the Chest and Back.

This workout contains two rounds with 5 exercises in each round. Three of these exercises are strength based and will be performed for 45 seconds. The other two exercises will be body weight cardio performed for 25 seconds. Each round consists of 3 sets for a total of 6 sets in the end! Enjoy!

Equipment Needed

  • Exercise Mat
  • Set of Dumbbells – Medium to Heavy Weight
