Day 5 is here with a 5 Exercise Workout Pyramid!
Pyramid workouts are something that I have a love hate relationship with each time! Your muscles will be on fire and you will be wanting to stop, but the endorphins at the end make it all worth it! This is also another great workout that doesn’t require any equipment except body weight, so it can be completed anywhere!
The five exercises in this workout are as follows:
Jump Squats x 50
Ski Abs x 40
Burpees x 30
Spiderman Planks x 20
Up Down Planks x 10
Complete it two times through and rest as needed! 🙂
