4 Round Upper Body Workout

It is officially Day 4 of the 12 Days of Christmas Workout Series. 

If you have missed any of the other days from the workout series, you can see them here

Today we will be focusing on the Upper Body. There will be a total of 4 Rounds with 2 exercises in each round. A completed consists of a total of 3 sets. In the first set each exercises is performed for 30 Seconds. The second round is 20 seconds, and the third round is 10 seconds. Between each round, complete 10 Burpees! 

Side Note: I am 100% uncomfortable posting pictures of myself doing these workouts! Ha! I have just decided a picture is worth a 100% years and I need to step out of my comfort zone. Bare with m through these as I work on improving the quality! 🙂
