3 Set Body Weight Workout

Today’s workout for the 12 Days of Christmas is a 3 Set Body Weight Workout.

What is great about today’s workout is that it will work your full body and all you need is your body weight! No extra equipment needed.  It is perfect to do on a dreary winter day, where you don’t want to leave the house or while traveling!

The workout alternates between a set number of body weight strength exercises and then 30 seconds of body weight cardio! After three sets, this will have your heart pumping! 

Inch Worm to Push Up x 15

Star Jumps – 30 Seconds

Why do I look like a ghost here? 

Superman – x15

Burpees – 30 Seconds

Single Leg Triceps Dips – x20 

Jump Squats – 30 Seconds

Squat to Front Kick – x24 

Plank Jacks – 30 Seconds

Squat to Curtsy Lunge – 30x

Frog Burpees  – 30 Seconds
