Hi Friends!

I am so excited to launch the 2018 12 Days of Christmas Workout Series. I have planned out 12 days of unique workouts with most of them being able to be completed at home with little to no equipment!

Each workout will correlate with the Christmas Day, but you really can use these workouts anytime throughout the year! Enjoy!

Day 1 – 1 Dumbbell Full Body Workout 

Day 2 – 2 Mile Treadmill Interval Workout 

Day 3 – 3 Round No Equipment Workout 

Day 4 – 4 Set Upper Body Workout

Day 5 – 5 Exercise Pyramid Workout 

Day 6 – 6 Set Chest and Back

Day 7 – 7 Minute Glutes Resistance Band Workout

Day 8 – 8 Exercise Lower Body Tabata

Day 9 –  9 Exercise Body Weight Cardio

Day 10 – 10 for 10 Full Body Workout

Day 11 – 11 minute Core Workout

Day 12 –  12 Minute AMRAP Workout
